An agency finds you a chalet. A concierge desk answers requests. A private host does something else: one person follows your stay from the first call to the last run, knows your family's habits, and deals with things before you have to ask.
Before you arrive
We talk about your dates, your party and what matters to you. I send you a short selection of chalets and go through each one with you. Then I prepare the week: transfers, ski equipment fitted at the chalet, instructors, tables, a chef, a nanny, the birthday dinner. You tell me once; I remember.
During your stay
I am your single point of contact, on the phone or on WhatsApp. A lunch that runs late, a change of weather, a forgotten passport, a table for eight tonight: I take care of it. With the Dedicated Host service, I am at your side myself, from morning to evening, for your family alone.
After you leave
I keep a note of what you liked, the chalet, the instructor, the table by the window, so that next winter starts where this one ended. Many families come back for the same week every year.
What it is not
I do not own the chalets. Each chalet is rented directly from its owner or agency, on their terms. My concierge services are agreed and invoiced separately, so you always know who does what.
Questions
Is the host the same as the chalet staff?
No. The chalet team (chef, butler, housekeeping) looks after the house. I look after your week as a whole, and I brief the team on your habits before you arrive.

Yes. Tell me where you are staying and your dates, and I can organise the rest of your week around it.
